That Reign Lounge Bar is huge!!! Who is the owner and what kind of bar is it?

TABC lists the owner as “LVJ Enterprises”. Jose Luis Loyo is the only name I could find associated with it. My guess from the name/buzz is that it will be more of a traditional Wash Ave lounge (like Drake, Citizen, Blue Label, Pandora, Block 21, etc.) than a bar.
